HEAD-TO-HEAD DOWNLOAD RACE
Our download race provides a head-to-head comparison of download times
for identical images stored in TIFF
Group 4 and CPC formats. Clicking
on the links in the left-hand frame causes two viewers to be started.
The viewer on the left displays the CPC version of the document, the
one on the right the TIFF Group 4 version.
These documents demonstrate the effectiveness of Cartesian Perceptual
Compression (CPC) across a wide range of document types. From
simple typewritten text to high resolution halftone photographs, CPC
provides the Internet solution for binary imaging.
To
view the demonstration, you will need CPC View, Cartesian's web browser plug-in.
